Day 4 - Four States!
Was a 9 hour drive today, which went well. Beautiful scenery, Diane got a few pictures while driving:

When you pull your home behind you every where you go you never have to worry about finding a "rest stop."

Sorry pictures are turned. We started in Colorado, went about 2 miles into New Mexico, spent several hours in Arizona, then finished in Utah. We did see the four corners monument (last here 30 years ago) but were past it by the time we saw it. Hard to turn around this rig. Also saw Lake Powell and it's hydro dam, pretty cool.
We are now in Hatch Utah, located close to Zion and Bryce Canyon. This is a very desolate campground. Diane thinks this is where Walter White cooked meth. If you're not Breaking Bad fans, so sorry. Two mile drive on gravel roads to get to it. Only 4 of us here tonight:
I think I've got the beeping sound figured out. Has to do with the safety lanyard in case the trailer becomes detached. Here's a pic of lanyard twisted through safety chain, switch itself is right under the 4 on frame rail:
It was taut and very slightly pulling the switch closed. The truck constantly sends voltage pulses on same brake circuit to make sure all is well. Chain tugs on switch while voltage pulses, results in "check trailer wiring" immediately followed by "trailer connected". Lot less beeping today. Next week I will reroute lanyard, hopefully eliminating beeping.
